How can I select the startup disk -- Mac OS X Lion or BootCamp -- on restart? If I hold down the Option key the whole time, the iMac always boots into OS X Lion. The only successful way to launch Windows that I can find is to choose Startup Disk from System Preferences and then select BootCamp in the dialog. Is there an easier way?

Option Boot:
Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager appears. Select the desired boot drive and click on the arrow button below the drive icon.
Is this what you are doing? And, what happens?
I've tried holding down the Option key after the chime, and even holding it down after I select Restart from the Apple menu. The boot manager never appears. Note that I have an Apple wireless keyboard. Do the keyboard drivers not load in time to recognize the Option key is being held down?
The keyboard should be active unless the batteries have died or your BT isn't working properly. Is it configured to look for discoverable devices?
OK, my mistake. If I don't hold down the option key until after I hear the chime, the boot manager appears. The track pad doesn't work, but the arrow keys and the Return key on the keyboard work fine. Thanks for your help!
