NovamediaDiskSupressor?
since i've installed Lion, at startup the the system told me that the Power-PC Programm "NovamediaDiskSupressor" could not open. I didn't know this program. What to do! The system run without any problems.

Lion does not support Rosetta which is required to run PowerPC programs.
You can safely delete "NovamediaDiskSupressor", it's not required by Lion.
Use AppCleaner
http://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/25276/appcleaner
to uninstall your PowerPC applications.
