my scrabble game will not open

Have you tried closing the app completely ? From the home screen (i.e. not with the app 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.

If that doesn't work then you could try a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

What's not working ? You've tried both of the above (on iOS 7 you close an app on taskbar by swiping/dragging it up and off the top of the screen) - if neither of those fix it then you could try deleting it and redownloading it (if it's still in your country's store) via the Purchased tab in the App Store app

I try to shut the application, to delete and reinstall it : always the same problem on my two ipads

When I launch scrabble, it opens and after 4-5 seconds , it shut down.

This problem appears when I updated my IOS in IOS 7.0.2
