how do i install facetime on my iPhone 4 - I have it on my MacBook Pro.

For some reason my recently bought iPhone 4 doesn't have FaceTime preinstalled, so I've downloaded it onto my MacBook Pro with the intention of syncing it onto my iPhone. But no go? Can anyone tell me how I get FaceTime onto my iPhone?

iPhone 4, iOS 4.3.3

There is no FaceTime app for the iPhone, it's built directly into the iOS: Settings>Phone>FaceTime>On.

I have two iPhones. One bought overseas and one locally. On the one purchased overseas face time works and guess what.....? Yep! It appears that when it is handed over to you by the service provider the settings are made when they offer to set it up for you. So, if face time can be manually deactivated the reverse can be done too? Now, who can help? I have tried almost everything but I'm sure there is a solution out there........
