when I hit green phone button, the screen is white one second and then black instead of normal data. So I can't call out or see meesages, but I can receive calls ???
Try to reset your phone by holding the sleep and home button until the Apple logo comes back again. You will not lose an data resetting the phone, but this can clear small glitches.
If this does not work, set up the phone "as new device" without using the latest backup, in case it contains corrupt data causing your problem.
