I live in pakistan and i downloaded ibooks from the apps store and it's good but here's the catch i can only download free books from the ibooks store not the one's that have to be paid what should i do?

What question is it you feel was not fully answered? I don't see that you've ever actually asked a question, though we presumed that you were asking why you could not find more than just the free iBooks, a question which we have indeed answered.

No, we told you why you could get the paid books in the Pakistani iTunes Store; because Apple has not been able to obtain the rights to sell them there. There is no "fix", in Settings or anywhere else, to that problem. You cannot purchase paid iBooks in Pakistan, and you cannot use another country's iTunes Store.

You did not ask any other questions that I can see.

You're pretty much out of luck unless you move to a country in which books are available on the iBook store.

The iBooks store, like the app store and music store, is country specific.

Apple doesn't even sell the iPhone in Pakistan, by the way. Anyone who has one there has purchased it outside the country or from unauthorized importers.
