Sony E reader not recognized since Lion
Ever since I installed Mac OS X Lion my Macbook Pro does not recognize my Sony E reader anymore.
Is there a setting I would need to change?

Same here, though I think the failure started before Lion. As I understand it there is a 32bit only component in the Sony Reader Library app, to use it the Mac needs to be started in 32bit mode. I have tried it and my PRS350 was seen once more. It is a pain having to reboot the Mac just for this.
I gave up and now use Window 7 for this.
Good news.
Sony have now released Lion compatible software, available via Sony Support, which from the UK for a PRS-350 is :-

I am running 1.1.00.09090, it is seeing the reader.
