iMac G3 Wont start!

I recently bought an iMac G3 and and it worked fine.. I wanted to take a look inside so i took the transparent bottom off. But then realised that all the hardware was housed in metal and you needed a special screwdriver to open the casing so i put the transparent case back on and tried to boot it up.. But i wouldn't start. And now it wont start! Can someone please help me!!

I assume it was a torex screw driver.

You must of wiggled some cable loose. Try reseting all cables between bottom tray & top monitor.

reset the PMU

Does it make any noises? Electric discharge?

Which model to you have. Slot loading or tray? I once pulled out one wire in a cable bundle on a tray loader. Machine wouldn't start. Hard to see extened wire.

Query by serial number

"A serial number is a unique, identifying number or group of numbers and letters assigned to an individual piece of hardware or software. It's used for various things depending on the product / brand but what is your Mac's serial number for and more importantly... what is it hiding and what can it do for you ?"
