How can I reinstall os x lion when there is nothing on my MacBook air?

I erased everything on my MacBook air hard drive by using disk utility and shut down my notebook but when I turned it on, it showed a disk with a big question mark. Then tried starting it up in disk utility and startup manager but they both brought me to this screen that need wifi connection. When I looked for my connection, it was missing along with all the others except for one connection that is someone else's. I want to know if I can use my 1 tb hard drive and put disk utility and open it when I start up my MacBook air to reinstall Mac os x lion.

Thanks,

Lucas

Make sure you have a WPA or WPA2 WLAN and know your WPA security key. Now, restart your Mac while holding Command+Option+R until you see a spinning globe appear along with a message about the recovery mode.
