I have CD with ilife, which comes with my mbp 13 mid 2010, and now I've done clean installation of mac os and ilife from this cd. But in mac app store there is no still message that ilife is installed. So appstore thinks I haven't bought ilife?

There's no connection between the App Store and software that you have not bought there.

This may be true, but my iLife software, which also came on a DVD along with my MacBook, showed up in the Mac App Store as installed. My beef is with iWork not showing up in the Mac App Store! 🙂
Both DVDs were legally purchased from an Apple authorized vendor.

The version that came with your MBP was iLife 09. iLife 11 didn't come out until October of 2010. Since you have iPhoto 8 (09) and the App Store only offers iPhoto 9 (11) it's going to show as not installed.
