Why can't I access itunes store?

I recently updated itunes. Now I can't access the store. It just shows a blank screen with the words itunes store in the middle. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks!

was this for windows 7 because when i go to start i have no accessories option ? i am pretty average with computers lol !!

Yes you have an accessories folder....lolol click start then all programs and then scroll for accesories. 🙂 Good luck! It should work!

Your suggestion worked!

I have Windows 7 Ultimate on my PC.

I was a little suspicious when I first saw your advice/tip.

So I googled "Netsh winsock reset"... and quickly discovered that it's harmless. Thank God for Google 🙂

Anyhow, if you're on this forum frustrated like I was, then try out Kellllllbell's troubleshooting tip.

I followed your instructions and the iTunes store opened up instantly after rebooting my computer.
