Apple, hurry up and fix this.
You do realize you signed up for the BETA?

I think everyone understands its a beta version the problem is apple shouldn't be selling a "beta" that doesn't work correctly. Beta is for testing apple should have given the beta to developers first with no fee and when released the final match that's when you start charging $25 bucks when it works. I bought this few weeks ago and hasn't worked since then. It also erased all my iTunes playlists I've created over the years. Also I called customer service for a refund and no one knew anything about match or how it works or tech support or how to refund. But they definitely have the taking the money part down real well. This whole situation is just plain stupid and we never should have been charged until finished !!
No sympathy here. It's Beta. One should understand the risks installing any beta program. You should Backup to prevent losing data. Additionally, Apple is giving paying Beta testers an additional three months free. No one forced your hand to install and use the program. Of course tech support wouldn't know how to Support - it's a beta program.
Alright... itunes is out of beta.. still getting the 4100 errors when doing itunes match.
I was having the same issue. I finally resolved it by downloading the GA release from the website and wrote over my beta copy. Problem solved. Hope this helps.
Yeah, same here. Confused for a moment, but after installing the iTunes from apple.com/iTunes, everything is working right.
