I have upgraded my MBpro mid 2012 with 2x 8 gb Corsair Vengance 1600 mhz and 240 gb SSD SanDisk extreme on 5th of January in a mac authorised seller in Ankara,Turkey where they give technical service as NON-apple authorised company.

then i took it to the store where i bought my macbook pro on 14th of september. They told me I have a right to change all these parts even by myself but Apple Distrubitor, BILKOM A.Ş. in Istanbul, Turkey and its authorised service provider accused me for this error and they told me my warranty voids!!!
What should i do guys? Should i contact to Ireland which is responsible for Europe? (since i called Britain and the guy on the line told me Ireland is the European Headquarter. In addition to this although Apple products are disturbed by BILKOM A.S. but technical support line is in England 😕 )
OR should i contact to Apple Inc in USA? I am really confused and angry about this problem because they told me adding ram and ssd broke my mainboard?? I told them how could this happen after 3 months and why it didn't happen to my MAC at the same time i upgraded?? Then they explained as it could happen after 1 week, 1 month or 1 year :S they do not give any chance to other possbilities and directly blames my upgrade process.
I want those who are good at this kind of issues to help me and give instructions to solve myproblem under warranty please. Thank you for reading this amateur story ^^
