If I'm really nice to the Apple Genius will he replace my iPhone if my iPhone was cracked and is still under warranty? I already know the obvious that it does not cover accidentle damage, and I wish to hear answers for those who have not or have tried doing such a thing.

Read any of the discussion where the poster gets snippy with those he/she asks for help, and you will see enough evidence.
Perhaps even if you think it does not qualify for warranty (and it still might!) they may respond to your kindness.
The best answer we can give is a definiteve 'maybe'. There are plenty of reports of this happening, but there are just as many reports of people having to pay the out of warranty replacement charge. It never hurts to try.
