How can I disable the hotkey Command+F5 with voiceover function?
And how can I refresh a page with hotkey?
System Preferences --> Keyboard ---> Keyboard Shortcuts
Click on universal access..
Uncheck "Turn VoiceOve on or off" , or change the shortcut keys to your choice.
To reload a page in safari, the shortcut is Command + R
