Is there any automatic way to suppress the Bcc field in forwarded emails? Sometimes the header information is important in a forwarded email, but I just forwarded one that had a Bcc field (created on my computer) and that field was completely visible to the receiver. It is possible to manually remove the bcc field, of course, but an automatic setting would be more reliable.
I also just noticed this issue and was surprised and dismayed that the Bcc reciepients were included. I often forward an orginal Sent email to more people using Bcc, but was unaware that the orignial Bcc reciepients were shown in the header of the forwarded message. Please tell me how to to turn that function off or avoid this issue.
same problem here - resending a mail from the sent folder wirh previous bcc recipient all these recipients are visible in the forwarded message in the header. very annoying!

it is not only a bug in lion. I have the same problem with 10.8!
so mountain lion = vista 2.0?!
would be nice if someone from apple read this here and took care. i guess getting rid of such a bug should be less demanding then coding a notification feature for a new os as they just did. but well, you can't sell those bugfixes to cutomers as new features.
