Remove skin flaws in FCPX?

What's the best way to remove skin flaws in FCPX? With Premiere Pro, we would use a luma curve to help smooth things out, which actually worked out pretty well. I would assume that FCPX has a semi-solution for this, so I'm probably over thinking it. Any advice?

Final Cut Pro X, Mac OS X (10.7.1)

There's a variety of tricks you could use to help ... masks and vignettes for slight blurs, etc. But until we get some plugins from the third party folks I think we are limited. I know the effects plugin maker, NewBlue is working presently on getting their package to market. I used them on other NLEs and they have a remarkable skin cleanup effect. A gentle blur of around 1.5 to 2.5 in value for the gaussian blur effect in FCP X can help. Also you can slightly reduce contrast to -1 or -2. Together they will help a little, but obviously that's not the real answer to this problem. Best wishes.
