No, there aren't any drivers that will work on a Mac. Do you really expect a company that is 99% Windows based (assuming 1% Linux users) would develop a Mac driver?
Most Dell printers are made by Lexmark, just restricted to using only Dell ink/toner cartridges. Google indicates that the Dell 924 is a rebranded Lexmark Z615. So you could try the Lexmark drivers and see if they work. However, Lexmark's driver for the Z615 seems very old and only goes to OSX 10.4, so I wouldn't hold my breath.
Can you add the printer using the Generic PPD?
