DVD burnt in DVD studio pro, when ejected and inserted again into dvd player, the dvd plays from where it stopped the last tome it was ejected. It doesn't rewind and play from the beginning.
Is the problem in the burning settings in DVD studio pro? any help is really appreciated!

Are your DVDs that you create overriding the preference setting?

I did that actually. But isn't this supposed to be from the burning options ?
Even on my laptop, it keeps playing from wherever I ejected it last! and all DVD's don't do that, especially on a laptop.
My DVD Player setting was Last option played, I changed it now to "beginning". It now starts from the beginning when I insert it again, thanks.
Another issue is that my First play in the DVD is a Track, then comes a Menu. When I leave to the Menu while the Track didnt finish, and then click the dvdmenu on my remote control, the Track resumes from where I exited to the menu last.
Is that something i can control ? To make that intro track start from the beginning?

Sorry , I think I wasnt Clear enough.
I have an INTRO set as my First play, but when half way through that INTRO I click the MENU button on my remote control and exit to the main menu, and then click MENU again to go back to my first play INTRO, the INTRO resumes from half way through (where i exited), it doesnt start from the beginning.
Is that something i can fix with settings ? I hope I explaining well!
If you have a track set to First Play, go to the track inspector (with that track hilighted) and then to the User operations tab. You will find that you can disable commands from the remote, so that your First Play can run uninterrupted. The function you are referring to is usually called 'resume' or 'return'.
In DVD Studio Pro, in the Inspector, you can set the first play for the disc:

No...that's a feature of the DVD player. Many of them do this. I have one that does. Just press stop a couple times.
Oh, these DVDs you make act that way no matter what device they are on, and other DVDs don't do that? Hmmm...I didn't think it was an option...thought it was a device preference or something.
Ya, I tried movie DVD's and they automatically start from the beginning.

Pressing Menu while in the menu plays from where you left off. If you want it to start over like you just put the disc in the player press the "Title" menu button.
