How can I print my i-Pad screen?

You can do a screenshot by briefly pressing both the home and sleep buttons :
Take a screenshot: Quickly press and release both the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button. The screen flashes when the screenshot is taken, and the screenshot is added to the Camera Roll album.
If you then want to actually print it then you should be able to access the screenshot from the Photos app
