Note D2 doesn't sound on Logic pro 9

I'm using Oxygen 49 3rd gen. And I'm using Logic studio 9 on Lion.

I realised that the note D2 doesn't sound. In fact the logic says 'No in' at the transport panel.

The keyboard sounds D2 on Ableton live and Garageband.

Can someone tell me how I fix this? I've tried following things;

1. Reset the midi setting;

2. Tried both 32bit and 64 bit to see if directLink is the issue.

3. Restart the keyboard, Logic pro 9 and even the machine.
