1015 the Iphone"coud not be an unknown error

You will need to troubleshoot your security software. Examples would be you Antivirus, Antispyware, AntiAdware, Firewall, and some PC maintence programs. You should first turn off / disable security software and retest. If the issue persists updating your security software may resolve issue but you will likely have to remove the software completely and restart the computer. The article that references this is http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3125 . Try a different USB port,USB Cable, or computer. There is slight possiblity of hardware failure. Restore device "as new" and retest. If it will not work still, it is hardware repair needed. All "Unknown errors" related to security software / hardwareand or USB communication problems. Security interferes with this communication. Universities usually have hardware firewalls that filter and block things too.

Did you happen to notice the date on the post to which you replied, Keiichi? 1015 errors are far more common with jailbroken iPhones, by the way, not from firewall issues. Regards.
