Restoring OS X Lion and other data to a new internal Hard drive

Hello intelligent people,

I have a late 2010 Mackbook Pro 13.3 that came with Snow Leopard. I upgraded to Lion through the Mac store, when Lion was released. Now I am upgrading my internal hard drive to a 7200RPM, 750GB one.

My question is, whats the best way to reinstall Lion on it and move all my data from my old harddrive?

I have everything backed up to a Time Capsule and have not created any Lion bootable discs.

I know one way is to install Snow Leopard through the OS disc that came with my notebook and re-install Lion from the Mac store and then restoring from . Is there a more effecient, less time consuming way to do it?

I'd appreciate any sort of help here. Thanks in advance.
