You may try just to copy & paste but it could be that the outcome is not matching your expecting, depending on the formating of the table.
You may also import the *.doc directely into Pages. Except some special Word formates that work's well in most cases.
Another way is to run around three corners by copying the table to Excel, export the values in a CSV (comma seperated value) file and import that clean data in Pages.
