Iphone 4s pre-order

They did NOT just ship it. If you didn't enter payment information and whatnot, there isn't a way in heck they are going to send you an iPhone. You will be contacted to COMPLETE YOUR ORDER as is stated in the email. If you have already completed your ordered (payment information, shipping address, etc) then you may be too late.

Hmm, how long did it take to receive the confirmation of the reservation? I still have yet to receive any email

I just recieved that one email and that was it, i havent entered any payment information! thank you so so much you gave me somewhat hope because i was scared i did it wrong! so when i get contacted will i have the option to pick up at a store? how long before i get contacted about it? again thank you so much! i was realy worried

I literally just ACTUALLY placed an order for a 32gb white iphone 4s. I went through all the data plan stuff and then it added to my cart. and I was able to select applecare+. After that I put in my credit card info and billing/shipping address. And said my order was complete.

After 2.5 hours of nonsense, I think i finally got it!!!

I read that they only ship it to the billing address...at least for at&t.. i could be wrong though..

yea that is correct. I was unable to click the 'edit shipping address' button.

After spending 2.5 hours on this, the Apple site told me that I cannot set up a new AT&T family plan online. Does anyone know if it would work to just order 2 individual phones and then change the plans to a family plan once I get them? Apple is not accepting any phone calls right now. 😠 I am sooooo frustrated by all this!!

@ rockin. HOPEFULLY you're right, for all of our sakes... I just don't want them to send me the email requesting my payment info THE DAY OF RELEASE!! haha in that case it would have been easier and less stressfull to stand in liine... AND i don't like the idea of ANYONE getting their iphone 4s before me that hasn't preordered or reserved their phone before release date.. catch my drift?

i think if you call att once your order has been placed they can change the plan to a family plan for you. I ordered two seprate single plans for the iphone 3gs and when i recieved them i called them and they changed it.

I am tottally mad!! They dont have an open to keep the GRANDFATHERED unlimited data plan for VERIZON!!! =[ ANYONE ELSE HAVE THIS ISSUE???

weird, at the end of the order it said that a email was sent, but I didn't receive anything and i even checked my spam folder

I got mine reserved at like 2:55AM, and it has been an hour, and I haven't received the second email yet 😟

I havent either, i recieved the one with the confermation number but thats it. Do you know if on the other it will give me the option to pick up at a store?
