Cannot access itunes-u from IPAD (israeli store )

Recently I Cannot access itunes -u from my IPAD and cannot synchronize itunes u items downloaded to my desktop itunes

is it a new policy or just a flaw in the system? ( my IPAD is designated in Israel)

If you didn't already try this today -- see if restarting the ipad helps (ie, complete power off/power on) now that they've fixed the issue (at least, it's fixed for some us).

The problem is back again. Anybody having problem accessing iTunes from iPad again?

I have been able to download from itune-u . in my ipad2

But After download from itune-u the files are not appearing any where , even after launching from Music ( ios-5)

Earlier in ios-4 - it was shown and i could view the videos / hear audio.

any solutions
