Delete single photos in photostream

Please give us the power to delete photos from our Photo Streams. Having blurry feet, wall, and carpet phots taken by my siblings and kids is not what I want on my phone all the time.

HERE IS HOW YOU DELETE PICS IN PHOTO STREAM,YOU HAVE TO TURN THE PHOTO STREAM OFF,YOU HAVE TO RESET PHOTOSTREAM IN ICLOUD THEN RESET ON THE PHONE.ALL THE PICS WILL BE DELETED.

Make sure to delete your misstaken photo within 2 seconds right after the shot, otherwise your grandma could be shocked by an iTV connected screen at once. What a good way to improve family connections.

And the bottom line is to allow deleting single photos.

I want to add my voice to the "This is not good enough, Apple" side of the argument.

It *must* be possible to save, transfer and delete individual photographs in the Photostream.

You can't delete just one, but to delete the library... Go to settings, then icloud, then where photostream says on, click it so it goes to 'off' and it will then pop up with an option to delete photos. When you turn it back on again your photostream album will be clear.

wow... how were they able to do that?

Like they do everything else. They add functions. I didn't see fan boys defending the functionality. I saw educated tech insiders trying to explain work arounds and get abused for it.

Sorry, but your point is no defense for a useless feature. The fact that you can't delete photos from photostream means that all sorts of potentially embarrasing photos will constantly be viewable from all your devices. If your roommate decides to be a prankster and take your phone to the bathroom with him, you have NO way to prevent someone from seeing those photos on your phone/ipad/computer/every device you own without completely disabling photostream. It is unacceptable. It simply must be possible to selectively delete photos from the stream at the bare minimum.

You must be up os 5.1 beta 2. it works.

Photostream uselessness is absolutely hilarious! Honestly, the developers thought that people would want every image acquired over a 30 day period to be synced across every device someone ownes without the ability to select, edit, or otherwise manage the images?!?!? Who would want that? I've now got endless crappy photos mixed up with a few great ones and I can't seperate the two! It took me almost two minutes of playing with the program to realize its obvious shortcomings...I would hope the writers of the software caught on as well and that leaves Apple pushing a product that their own developers know isn't ready to be pushed! And this "go use a beta version" solution is equally hilarious. What sort of obvious issues that are potentially even more damaging or infuriating are present there? Way easier to just turn the **** thing off and e-mail pics to myself.
