So I got everything up and running I think, but have one small problem.
When I put an entry into my imac calendar it does not sync with my icould calendar.
However when i am on my icloud calendar and put and entry it, it shows up on my imac calendar.
I am sure it is simple. What am i doing wrong!!!

My question is slightly different. My calendar has been running through my mobile me account. Does that automatically transfer to icloud? On my iMac a google calendar has appeared (I don't have a google calendar!) and it still just says me.com on my macbook air???
I'm having all these same sync issues as well. So I'm here searching for answers and I'm trying to follow your directions, however, I don't have an option in iCal Accounts for iCloud... even if I go to 'add new account' ... how come??
I've downloaded all updates, etc.
I went to preferences in iCal, and instead of giving me an option to sync to iCloud, it listed Mobile Me. What do I need to do to fix this??
I did the steps under "correct answer" and I continue to get multiples of the same event.
I'm also getting multiples of bookmarks. I finally turned off bookmarks in iCloud in all my devices and iMac. I'm really disgusted.

The only way I got all my stuff to sync correctly was by calling. They helped me and it was pretty fast. Couldn't tell you what they did, but whatever boxes I checked or unchecked, it worked!
