The iCloud IMAP server “p99-imap.mail.me.com” rejected the password for user XXXX

Ditto. Everything (Mail) down in the UK. Aghhhh....

Exactly the same message for me - on my iMac. My iPad and iCloud.com won't load my Mail either. Calendars and Contacts are fine but I can't get any emails anywhere from my .mac account!

Apple please fix it. Pronto.

Same for me. No email on iCloud, my iphone or in Mail. Ugh. Kind of ***** not being able to get your email when everything revolves around it.

This is the same error message that I get on my 10.7.2 MacBook Pro but my iOS 5 iPad 2 I get:

Cannot Get Mail

The username or password for "iCloud" is incorrect.

The iCloud prefs pane seems to indicate that I am signed on properly (there's 22 MB of Mail there) so this is all quite mysterious.

I am assuming that my username is my email address and my password is my AppleID password. Not correct?

7:36 am PDT, I am down on all access points for iCloud mail. Calendar, and Address Book are working.

Funny, the Today Show is mentioning the Blackberry outage and how bad that is for RIM since the iPhone 4S is coming out. Hurry up and figure this out Apple. Your next for the news services.

Same here. I knew I should have waited to download the new iCloud. Please post when this gets resolved and how.

I thought this is an iPhone and not an outdated Blackberry... but my MacBook Pro, Mac Pro and iPad are also not working. I've heard that RIM had similar problems. Maybe Apple should ask them for a solution...

10:40 EDT; did have iCloud access before I brought in my iPad. Now have no iCloud me.com/mac.com mail due to rejected password. 5 other accounts (gmail.com, etc) are working.

I have the same problem. I cant receive mail on any of my devices, and even going through iCloud.com, the mail "app" keeps crashing. I now have no access to my primary email. What the ****, apple?
