I have my iMac (iTunes 10.5) and iPhone (iOS 5) connected properly but my iPhone only says it can wifi sync Apps and Photos. Music is listed as something that can be sync. Not sure what else to do.

Music sync must be turned on from within iTunes.
Make the box on the main iPhone device screen is unchecked for manual syncing.
Make sure in the music tab, music syncing is turned on.

Thanks that worked!..i suspected that i needed to do that at the start but did not want to erase my music on my phone then add them all back.
This method doesn't seem to work. At least on Windows 7. I had my wife's 4, my 4S, and our iPad 2 all working, but now it's jsut intermittent wifi sync. Sometimes it works, but most of the time it doesn't.
