Can iCloud sync Safari bookmarks between Mac and PC?

Can iCloud sync Safari bookmarks between Mac and PC? I saw that in the iCloud Control Panel for the PC there is a "Bookmarks" checkbox, but it also says that its for Interent Explorer. I see no mention about Safari for Windows.

Thanks for your assistance.

Why on earth would they do this? I can't think of any reason they would not support iCloud syncing with their own browser. This must mean that Safari for PC has one foot in the grave.

This also means that if you want to sync your contacts and calendars to a PC you have to go out and buy MS Office for PC and not just the Home and Student edition that is $150, but you have to buy the Home and Business edtion for $280. The Home and Student edition does not include Outlook.
