Hi folks,

I just installed Itunes 10.5 on Windows 7 Professional. Itunes seems to run OK, but whenever I try to access help, I get the following message.

The requested URL /itunes/win/10.5/ was not found on this server.

I'm really a beginner itunes user, so no idea what to do.

Any help would be appreciated.

Regards,

I have the same problem, where iTunes seems to work OK, but the server where they maintain their help files is not available. It looks to me like Apple keeps all their help information on a server named help.apple.com, and the people that maintain that server have not gotten around to creating the appropriate help folders for iTunes 10.5. If you go to http://help.apple.com/itunes/win/10.4, you find the help for 10.4. Maybe it's the same as for 10.5, and maybe not.
