Birthdays do not show up on iCloud.com/calendar. Anyone else?

Birthdays Calendar is turned ON in iCloud.com. Birthdays (from the birthday field in Contacts) show up on my iPhone/iPad, but all birthdays have disappeared from the calendar view on iCloud.com.

Anyone else with this problem? Apple support has been looking into it for me for 2 days without any result yet.

iPhone 4 16GB / iPad 32GB wifi / MacBook Pro 15" 1.83 Intel CoreDuo / AppleTV 2, Mac OS X (10.6.4), MBP: 2GB DDR2 SDRAM, 250GB 5400rpm HD, ATI Mobility Radeon X1600

I'm the original poster. As I said, I had Apple tech support on this for almost a week. I've gone back and forth about 20 emails with them. They had me create a whole new iCloud acct (which I created on a diff Mac computer, under a new user acct), and then upload my contacts there. They thought I might have corrupted contact(s). Well, the result is that under even that new Mac user acct, and with a new iCloud acct my birthdays still have not shown up in iCloud.com calendar; they show up just fine in iCal and on iDevices.

The last response for the customer support person was that they guess iCloud online birthday calendar is not working like it should.

I URGE YOU ALL TO REPORT THE PROBLEM TO APPLE, REFERENCE MY EXPRESS LANE CASE NUMBER (IN A POST ABOVE), SO THAT THEY ACTUALLY DEVOTE SOME RESOURCES TO FIXING THIS!

We are still working on identifying the problem. As noted, I've created a new account and Apple and I are testing things on there. It is true what they say, apparently the Birthday Calendar reloads only about once every 24 hours, logical, but terrible for testing. We are waiting till tomorrow afternoon or possibly the next day to see what happens.

It is also possible that we have identified one possible issue. On iCloud.com, in Contacts, apparently entering birthday dates as "October 18, 2011" vs. "10/18/2011" or "10/18/11", even though the website/icloud reformats the any of the above entries into "October 18, 2011" it may nonetheless be causing some "mixed results". Does that help anyone??

I will continue to post our progress and any final result on this thread.

Not sure if this will work for everyone. I had the same problem tonight. I clicked on 'List' (at the top) instead of Month, etc... and suddenly all my birthdays populated the list. When I went back to 'Month' they were all there.

Hope this helps.

Sorry, I spoke too soon. I noticed not all of my birthdays showed up, so I turned the birthday calendar off then back on, now none of them show up. Looks like iCloud has some big bugs to fix.

I was at our local Apple Store yesterday, and discussed the issue with the "Genius" helping me. He had (personally) not heard about it, but said that they monitor these discussion groups closely. He said, Apple is very good at figuring out issues and working to fix them as quickly as possible. I believe that sooner or later, Apple will get to the root of this problem and resolve it.

The Genius pointed out that the data must be in the Cloud since all the other devices are synching correctly, but there must be something on the server that is preventing Birthdays from appearing in the Cloud itself.

I'm having similar issues still...

Birthdays that were previously listed in my address book do show up on the birthday calendar in iCloud and on my iPhone. However, if I edit, add or delete birthdays from the address book via iCloud or iPhone address book, the birthday still appears as it was on the iCloud calendar -- even if the contact has been completely deleted. iPhone is fine and shows the change.

Everything appears to be in working order on my phone... It's driving me nuts!

Update on my previous post:

When I delete a contact from my Mac address book it is removed from my iCloud Contacts correctly, however the associated birthday is NOT removed from my iCloud Calendar. It is however completely removed from my Mac's iCal.

The same is true if I delete a contact from my iCloud Contacts.

If I modify the birthday (change its date within an existing contact (cloud or Mac address book) the modification is correctly reflected on both iCal and my clouds Calendar - the change does take a while to show up in the cloud, but usually within an hour or so.

So from my tests the problem boils down to - birthdays remain on the cloud calendar after its associated Contact has been deleted - the so called 24 hour delay has long past in my tests, so that is not a factor.

Birthdays do not show up on iCloud.com/calendar. Anyone else?
