can you change siri voice?

Is there any way to change Siri's voice? In the UK it's a male voice but I can't find any way of changing the voice

Thanks

If you change the Language to English (United States) you get a female voice, however certain items it takes longer to search for things, even though they don't work in UK, e.g. find a pizza place nearby, in English (UK) will almost straightaway tell you only in U.S, however if you're in UK but use English (US) It will take a while longer. It did for me anyway, so I swapped it back after one try. However I think if you use it for a while, the speed does become the same then.

I'm bilingual; I speak English and American :). But I'd love to have the UK voice if it will understand my hybrid accent, which sounds 80% American. I've had people ask if I'm Canadian. Lol

I haven't upgraded yet but the rumor is that Siri will be on my iPad 3. Can't wait.

It would be fun to have a selection of voices; Darth Vader, Bugs Bunny, George Carlin or the computer from Star Trek. Even HAL 9000. Come on, Apple, there's a market here for selling voice packs!

Same here I be an English-American. Now as a hetro - sexual male (can I say that these days? šŸ˜• - or would I be offending a non-hetro-sexual male? "probably"! šŸ‘æ )

So I would REALLY prefer SiRi to be "female" šŸ˜ , I imagine the same would apply vice-versa. A hetro - sexual female would most likey prefer SiRi to be "male".

Am I right? Also I imagine most "males"? in SFCA would prefer an afflicted semi-male accent?

It would be very nice to be able to select a voice for my "HAL in my pocket" - oh Please?
