I downloaded IOS 5 last night for my iPhone 4. I have tried to send emails today and a message keeps appearing saying 'Cannot Send Mail, The recipient "email address" was rejected by the server'. Can anyone help me in resolving this problem?? Before i downloaded the new software, i had no problems sending mail.

I'm having the same problem. Pop 3 email with our own company pop3 and smtp servers. Worked fine before update and I am receiving, but I get the same error when trying to send.
With a bit more searching I found the following thread that I've pasted below. Look at the last post. I tried it and it works and my emails started to send. Basically you just have to enter your mail username and password in the smtp server settings. It's listed as optional by default. Give it a try, it worked for me.
