iTunes to iPhone "Unknown error 0xE800007F"

I have Wi-Fi Sync active and it works great unplugged from power -- but when I plug my phone into power and it starts syncing, iTunes says the following:

"iTunes could not connect to this iPhone because an unknown error occurred (0xE800007F)."

Searching gives me zilch. Anyone have an ideas? Everything is running the latest verison of iOS, etc., etc...

I think I might have a workaround.

If you set your mac or windows pc to never sleep and power off the monitor you should be able to wifi sync with no problems. You will use a little more power by leaving it on but it should solve the errors. Just turn on the monitor when you are going to work on your Mac or PC and your good to go.

Make sure iTunes is open, it can be minimized. Check the top two boxes for open itunes , wifi sync.

Waking sleeping Mac or PC seems to give me the errors, everything else works

Good Luck!

I tried: run as administrator. did not work. I also never shut down or suspend my pc. So it did not solved. I have this trouble with my iphone, not my ipad. So, I will try: always leave the iphone at home. Never leave the wi-fi zone. ... It looks like itunes does not understand that a wi-fi enabled sync device can leave the wifi zone and become unreachable.

Seems like Apple support for their products is non-existent unless you pay for an Apple Care program. This stuff already has a price premium and they can't be bothered to provide more than 90 days of phone support for free? How about some email support options?

This issue, along with the Photo editing problems (can't edit pictures from iPhone in Windows, except via paint and then resaving) does not appear any closer to resolution than last year when the thread got started.

Just wish Apple acted like the cared about the fact that their products DO in fact not work properly from time to time.
