iPhone 4s does not have Face Time application

Today I purchased the iPhone 4S and noticed it does not have the Face Time application installed. In settings I have this app turned on. Where/how can I download this application?

Thanks for your help.

Belan, iPhone 5 is not even out yet. Please don't mock this site. People come to these forums for help and you are obviously neither here to help nor to be helped, so I encourage your to refrain from abusing your right to write on these pages.

On the more importnt subject - I also had the Facetime App on my home screen but then it disappearred at some stage and now even though I know the app is actually working in the background, as I have made/recieved calls from/to it, I still have not figured out how to get the app icon back just as I have it on my iPad.
