I am not able to search through my gmail (or other) email on the servier with IOS 5.
With IOS 4 and earlier, this feature always worked.
I think a fix is needed for this.
Any help is appreciated!

I agree! I'm having the same issue! Mail is unusable in this state..
I know there is a reply her, but I can't view it when logged in.
How do we get this problem of searching email on the server escalated and fixed?
It is a definite bug.

I just opened a case Nbr/tckt on apple's express lane ... But it says they will contact me! Hum??
Maybe if everyone opens a case Nbr??
Bug in IOS 5. Can't search gmail on server as I could in earlier versions.
