How Do I Set Up My New iPhone 4S?

Until today I had a 32 GB iPhone 4. Now I have a 64 GB iPhone 4S.

I installed iOS 5 on my iPhone 4 when it was released a few days ago and I opted for backups/syncing to iCloud.

So, how do I set up my new iPhone 4S?

Normally I would plug it in to iTunes and do a restore but I have not been using iTunes for backups or syncing for several days now as I do it all via iCloud.

Do I have to re-sync my iPhone 4 with iTunes then do a restore to my 4S?

Or can I do a restore from 4 to 4S via iCloud? If so, how please?

The link you gave has not been updated since January, long before the iPhone 4S and iCloud came out!

I still need to know if I can set up my new iPhone through iCloud or if I have to use iTunes.

When you turn on/activate your 4S, it'll guide you though a bunch of steps--turning on Location Services, connecting to a WiFi network, etc. One of the steps is "Set Up iPhone," and on that screen, you can choose "Set Up as New iPhone," "Restore from iCloud Backup," or "Restore from iTunes Backup." So you should be good to go with your cloud backup!
