iMovie 11 error -49 on Lion

I'm getting an error -49 when I try to export an iMovie project into HD or QuickTime .MOV format. I've just got my new MAC with Lion O/S. I didn't have any problems in the past with my Snow Leopard.

OMG this worked!!!! THANK YOU.

I spent 2 hours researching with no luck, then 1 hour on 2 calls to Apple Support with no luck.

Just found this thread by accident...but it works (and makes sense now).

-49 error has something to do with file permissions, so Time Machine must do something with the files during the video rendering to generate the error.

I exported a 2H03 file in 720p format with no issue while on OSX Leopard (file is 9,3gb). Then upgraded to Mountain Lion and now get Error 49. I've deleted the old event and created a new one and then got this error the first time. I shortenend the movie to 42min and can export successfully to 'Large' format but not HD. I would love to export to HD - any ideas??
