How do I get my weather app to show in my notifications

I can't seem to get the weather to show up in the notifications? I have got the full weather+ version but it still doesn't show up. Do I need to use a certain weather app or is there a setting I need to change somewhere?

I have tried to put it in the notifications in the settings menu but the weather app doesn't even show up, and before anyone asks I have tried a soft and hard reset, a uninstall and reinstall of the weather app but still no joy.

All and any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated indeed.

Cheers

iOS 5 has its own built in weather app on the iPhone with notifications, but not on the iPad. You cannot opt in a developer's weather app into the notifications AFAIK.

Thanks for the replies. You would of thought that they would've made the notifications upgrade the same for both iPad and iPhone but they can't get everything right. Maybe they will update the iPad version of notifications sooner rather than later as I really could do with the weather being there do I don't have to keep opening up the app.

Cheers anyway peeps.
