The registration is sent via email to the address you gave when you placed the order. You can also retrieve it by logging in at the Apple Store and looking at your Software Download History.
Command-Shift-4 will turn your cursor into cross-hairs that you can drag across your Desktop to capture an image.

Log in at the Apple Store Site using the ID you used to make your purchase.
Look in the Software Download History and you'll find a copy of your purchase information including the serial number.

I also have been experiencing the same problems after ordering QT pro. I received two e-mails from apple confirming the order but they did not have a access key for QT pro. I called apple but received no answers from any person. I was instructed to access the software download history via the apple store web page for the access key but found none access key number, only a part number. I was then instructed to e-mail someone from the http://www.apple.com/support/store/quicktime.html page but have not receive any answers. Please someone read this that can help.

Sorry, Stevey, but we're all just your fellow users and have no ability to affect processes within Apple. If you're certain the key isn't on the Apple Store site and calling the Apple Store doesn't resolve the problem, call the Apple tech support number, ask for Customer Relations, and explain the problem to them and perhaps they can expedite a resolution.

I also have the same problem. Bought it last night, email was blank where key should have been.Shows up as purchased on software download in my account but no registration key there either. Emailed, was told no email support,and to phone (certain hours only.....) phoned today, was told "oh right i will send it to you, oh no wait a minute I need to talk to my supervisor....." and then told it can take 24 hours to email key (past that now). I am outraged at this. Absolute shocking customer service, after 15 years of Apple loyalty I believe my next computer will be a pc and all software shareware for this type of job.

After talking to Apple on the phone 5 times and e-mailing them 4 times I just cancelled the f@*#ing order. Apple's customer service blows.
