I also have the same problem. Bought it last night, email was blank where key should have been.Shows up as purchased on software download in my account but no registration key there either. Emailed, was told no email support,and to phone (certain hours only.....) phoned today, was told "oh right i will send it to you, oh no wait a minute I need to talk to my supervisor....." and then told it can take 24 hours to email key (past that now). I am outraged at this. Absolute shocking customer service, after 15 years of Apple loyalty I believe my next computer will be a pc and all software shareware for this type of job.
