I can't attach Word file to mail on iCloud

I want to send my resume to a recruiter,

but it does not work.

I click on the icon to attach a file (paperclip icon)

i wait for a moment but nothing happens,

so i don't know if the file is attached or not.

My resume is only 57Kb so the file size is not a problem.

Ha, yeah. Ironically, I tried to send a couple attachments late this afternoon and they were delivered fine. Weird.

This is pathetic..I mean we all have the same problem with attachments but Apple offers no help?
