Verifying iCloud email

what the ______ is up with apple id email verification. I've attempted to get an email out of appleid.apple.com and no matter what email i use (i have several) I can't seem to get it to send me a verifiication (although it says it is). Someone need to fix something over at apple! To go through express help they want payment. I guess that's how they're going to fund someone to fix their email server? go figure. I can't beleive this is the same apple I've dealt with for years.

If you're one of the >1.1% you are just going to wait like I have for 2 days. They'll figure it out, but you have done nothing wrong. I do business and have all my important stuff in iCloud. Whoops, reminds me of the old OS7 days.

Been waiting for years for the email notification

Sign into appleid.apple.com website it will tell you to verify your email. Either resend the email to the same email address for verification or type in another email address that you have access and verify the email.
