Logitech G5 double-click-issues
I just bought a Logitech G5 for use with my PowerMac G5. Since name matched, I thought this device is gonna work smooth with Mac OS X, although the box doesn't mention Mac OS X as a supported operating system (only Windows, in fact).
The mouse works as expected and I can use every button - so far so good. Unfortunately, I noticed some odd behaviour that its ancestor, a Logitech Cordless MouseMan Optical, didn't have.
When I double-click an Application or a File, the application is started, but it doesn't appear in the foreground! This is very odd and slows down productivity.
The same happens when launching an Application sitting in the dock (using just one click).
Is this a known problem? Does anyone have a solution for this odd behaviour?
Thanks for any help!
Kind regards
Mario
