howt to stop .spotlight and .fseventsd folder creation during copy file to usb

Hi


I have Macbook Air Laptop when I copying the file from laptop to usb, in USB automatically two folder created .spotlight and .fsventsd.

I would like to know what is the purpose to creating this hidden folder into USB.


And If I want to stop creating this folder into USB what would be the setting require, Please guide for the same.

Try using BlueHarvest to turn off their creation.


These files contain folder and file information and because of the leading . (point) are usually hidden in OSX and its file system (MacOS Extended (Journaled)).


When copied to an USB-stick or external harddisk which uses the Windows file system (MS-DOS = FAT32) these files get visible.


You can delete them from the USB manually.
