Yesterday my friend used my iPhone 4 (black) to access his Twitter account.
After finishing his "business", he deleted his account via the Settings > Twitter > "Username" > Delete Account. The notification did not stop even after the account was deleted.
Currently running iOS 5.

But I just wondering, what happened if my brother whom the access I revoked try to login on his iPad. Will I start receiving his notification again?
Go onto twitter app on your iphone
settings
click your twitter username
then turn off "recommendations" & "twitter alerts" & "news"
job done!
