Legalities of using an image of an iPhone in a commercial software program?

I'm in the process of developing a commercial desktop software program which will allow people to create websites specifically for mobile devices, and I would like to use an image of an iPhone in my software if possible, to simulate what their website might look like in an iPhone. I've contacting Apple about this but have yet to hear back from them, so I was wondering if anyone here knew the legalities of this?

Thanks!

FYI, I am not an Apple developer, if that makes a difference.

Halo Frank,

Thank you for your replay,

i work at one of the main companies engaged in services, and i am in the midle creating flyer contest for customer

so when the customer wins, the prize is macbook pro or iPad. i need the image so the customer can see the type of the prize in the flyer

if that the case, is it ok like etresoft say if i take picture with my own camera it will be fine?

or can i grab image from official apple web site?

by the way thank you to etresoft for the replay :-)

sory if i am asking to many question, because of my lack of information and lack of understanding on this subject

Thanks in advance
