Legalities of using an image of an iPhone in a commercial software program?

I'm no lawyer but I can;t see where using a picture of the prize is a problem as long as you do not imply that Apple has anything to do with the contest.

As for what picture to use I see no difference between using one you've taken yourself or using one from https://www.apple.com/pr/products/

Unless you get permission from Apple, it's technically a copyright violation to use ANY images from Apple's website or software (as in bundle resources) in any manner.

Also depends on what the flyer is for.

sorry i jump to the question, how about if i want to use image such as Macbook Pro and Ipad, in my flyer? is it need permission to? if the answer yes, how can i get permission then?

Thank you for your replay,

i work at one of the main companies engaged in services, and i am in the midle creating flyer contest for customer

so when the customer wins, the prize is macbook pro or iPad. i need the image so the customer can see the type of the prize in the flyer

if that the case, is it ok like etresoft say if i take picture with my own camera it will be fine?

or can i grab image from official apple web site?

As long as you take the picture with your own camera, you should be fine.
