If you temporarily disable Wireless Security on your AirPort Express, can both the iPod and Windows PC access the network now?
I seem not to use the proper appreviation for Airport Extreme
I have disable security, save, reboot
I get the same message, unable to connect
Ok, thanks for trying. Do you have an 802.11n AirPort Express Base Station (AXn)? If so, do you happen to have it configured for the "802.11n only (5 GHz)" Radio Mode?
I have both 2.4 Ghz and 5 Ghz active
Radio mode is set to automatic
Radio chanel on automatic

Ok, I see that you have an 802.11n AirPort Extreme Base Station (AEBSn) instead.
Let's start with the PC. If you temporarily connect the PC via Ethernet to the AEBSn, can it gain Internet access now? If so, does the PC have any issues connecting to other wireless networks, just not yours?
If i connect a PC directly to the AEBS it work
I have no other wifi to test with!
It would look like the AEBS keep an old configuration event when I change setting.
I have remove the guest access and it keep coming back
I'm considering resetting and putting all config back in!
The wifi was working a week ago no problem
I'm considering resetting and putting all config back in!
I would have to agree. Resetting the AEBS may be the best solution at this point. I would suggest trying the "hard" reset, followed by a "factory default" reset only if the first reset doesn't resolve the problem.
